How did you hear about FAT?
I first heard about FAT through a friend back in 2020. We made a plan to go together, but at the last minute she pulled out and I ended up having to go alone. I was so nervous, but right away I was welcomed by the classic FAT coach smiles and jokes. I left that first class with every muscle shaking and I’ve been hooked ever since!
Describe yourself in 3 words :) ?
Energetic, Competitive, Cheeky.
What is your health and fitness background?
I grew up in competitive sports: running, tennis, squash, you name it (as long as it was just me versus me!). But after school, I totally lost my love for movement. Then I found FAT, rediscovered an endorphin high (hello!), and got my personal training certificate I started off just teaching friends and family under the bridge in Vic park during those wild social distancing times!
Three years ago, I moved to the Islands, got involved in the fitness community over there, taught movement to all sorts of legends, and helped open Rarotonga’s very first Pilates studio! Movement looks different for everyone, but at the end of the day it really is about showing up for YOU. I just wanna help make that fun!
What are your top 3 pieces of advice to build a healthy routine?
- Find your “why”. Build a healthy routine with purpose!
- Try starting your day with movement 5,4,3,2,1 - get up and do it - before you know it ENDORPHINS wooo!
- Join FAT…?

Do you have any 2024 fitness/lifestyle goals?
I have had an ongoing knee injury for the past year after stacking it on the treadmill so sticking to my rehab and building back up to running again, maybe a cheeky half marathon (my physio is laughing at me).
What is your favourite and worst exercise?
Battle ropes for both, no explanation needed.
Which advice would you give to a FAT first timer?
Come along, the worst thing that could happen is you get a beautiful sunrise and start your day with a fantastic sweat! The coaches are so epic and the community is unmatched. You will not regret it!
What would you like to learn or focus on in 2025?
This year I really want to focus on being present. I have a habit of living in the “whats next”. I truly just want to learn to slow down and enjoy, a huge challenge for me as even 3 years of “island time” couldn’t teach me that!
